Due to Covid-19, each delivery to NZ will be calculated according to the number of books purchased. Delivery times are unpredictable due to flight cancellations.

The Books from home Shipping Notification email is your confirmation that your parcel has been dispatched from the Books from home Distribution Centre. It also contains your Tracking Number.

Make sure you leave your email address to get updates about your parcel.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order in any way, get in touch. We have an excellent customer service record and we will do our best to ensure you are pleased with your purchase

 

Lost Packages

​

If you have tracked and checked for your parcel and believe it to be lost, you will need to contact Books from home within fifteen days of dispatch in order for a store credit or refund (if applicable) to be issued.

​

If the package has the correct delivery information and has been deemed 'lost' after an investigation with our delivery partners, Books from home will issue a store credit.

 

If Books from home is unable to source a replacement copy due to the title no longer being available for whatever reason, a refund will be processed for the unavailable title and postage if applicable. You must contact Books from Home within six (6) weeks of dispatch, if your package has not arrived otherwise no store credit or refund (if applicable) will be available.
